Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice for the Booking Portal

Demisoft processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR, the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act, and the guidelines of the Data Protection Inspectorate.

Personal data includes information that identifies a person (name, IP address, email address, usage data). Processing includes collecting, using, modifying, sharing, storing, or deleting such data.

We apply organisational, physical, and technical security measures to ensure secure and lawful processing and to prevent unauthorised access.

How We Collect Data

  • contact details entered when making a booking (name, phone, email)
  • data provided when creating or updating an account
  • cookies

We retain personal data only as long as required by law or until the statutory limitation period expires.

Your Rights

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may file an objection. It will be reviewed, and if justified, processing may be restricted. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or the administrative court.

When data is no longer needed and no legal retention requirement applies, we delete it. For statistics, we may use only anonymised or pseudonymised data.

Requesting Data Deletion

To request deletion, email info@demisoft.ee with:

  • your full name
  • the email used to create the account
  • a statement requesting deletion

We confirm receipt and delete the data within 30 days unless legal obligations require retention (e.g., accounting records).
