Terms and Conditions of Space and Additional Services Usage
Conditions for using the rooms:
Booking: Rooms must be booked in advance.
Usage Time: The usage time of the room must be clearly defined and should not be exceeded.
Cleaning: Rooms should be left in the same condition as they were before use. Trash and waste should be thrown away at the designated places.
Furniture Arrangement: Furniture arrangement can only be changed according to the instructions given by the institution. After use, the furniture must be returned to its original place.
Prohibited Activities: Consuming alcohol, smoking, and other inappropriate activities are prohibited in the rooms.
Safety: The user must follow fire safety, electrical safety, and other security requirements.
Responsibility: The user of the rooms is responsible for any damage caused within the rooms.
